Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

This scenario is WAY TOO LONG. That has been the primary feeling of all of my plays against Kang. I don't really care about anything else it does right. Last 2p game was over 3 hours long. Went through the encounter deck 3.75 times.

Very neat concept of sending heroes to different timelines. There are a few weird circumstances that are quite covered by the rules,

Got an Early play of this set and it's taking the game to a new level. It does lots of subtle things such as disrupting your board state, that have been close to non-existent in many scenarios, and so it's much harder to get comfortable. Outside of "stunlock solo", you are likely not going to be able to play heroic with this scenario
