Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Variable Player Powers is a mechanic that grants different abilities and/or paths to victory to the players.

While she feels like a strong character she plays very boring to me. The idea of her sounded great: she gets bonuses for playing attack/thwart-events, plus she is allowed to put 6 of those events from all aspects into her deck. But as her hero-kit is already full with cheap events you actually don't need to figure out how to construct her deck to gain her benefits, her kit provides plently chances already. just use any solid deck and she works. Also if you build a very synergistic deck of one aspect, why dilute the synergy with cards of other aspects? just because with her you can? So in the end none of her strenghts turned out to lead to interesting playstyles that gave me ideas for constructing decks. May be in the future, with a bigger card-pool, she will be more interesting. But currently she is just a "give a card a passive +1 boost"- character. and that's not terribly engaging.

Takes a bit more thinking, her hero ability means that you'll end up doing some more calculations and probably thinking through your options a few times before committing. This is not a bad thing, but perhaps not for everyone?

She is a really strong and fun champion. Her kit is very similar to Spider-Woman, but play's a little bit better overall. Best MCDB-Deck: "The Swift Sword of Justice" - Justice/Aggression "Confusingly Stunning" - Aggression/Justice
