A full, one-act campaign is included in this expansion, and in addition, no new heroes or hero classes are introduced here. Instead, this expansion has been configured to enhance the powers of darkness in Terrinoth. To that end, the overlord’s army gains twelve sculpted plastic figures, six reanimates, three broodwalkers, and three bone horrors. Old walls, crumbling terrain, and Tainted cards all add to the uncertainty of the mistlands. Enter Waiqar’s domain in Mists of Bilehall!

First of two of a small box expansion for Descent. Undead Ravonloft style theme. Probably the most difficult campaign to date. Would have rated it higher but I feel a little robbed on value based on cost of this expansion, especially considering all quests are only 1 encounter each (instead of the standard 2 encounters per quest). One of the better storylines in the D2E series.

Bought this along with Chains that Rust to play them together as a new campaign. The hybrid classes are lazy and not especially interesting, the new monsters are pretty innovative and cool, especially if you like undead and the new "campaign" is very different and super hard. However, you do end up getting less for more money than a single big-box expansion... House rules level: See base game

Great mini campaign, can be used to link with Chains that Rust mini campaign to form a larger campaign. Skeletons are nasty. Shame there are no hero classes included.
