First play on India map was kind of disappointing. Cities are very close to one another. So blocking opponents here is easier than ever. Also, going for Mandalas seems like a better strategy than completing tickets. In fact, tickets are more of a liability than an asset on this map since they are way harder to complete and not very rewarding compared to Mandalas. This, in my opinion, breaks the spirit of the game. This map is essentially for aggressive/competitive players. As for Switzerland map, it is one of the classics and a nice one to have, especially since the original is now out of print.

Swizterland: 7 Played the swiss map several games on my iPhone, and the game is quite enjoyable as a two player TTR (I mainly play TTR games with my S.O.), although I stil prefer TTR Nordic countries as my go to TTR: I feel the swiss map is more open and often players compete less than in Scandinavia (and here you draw lots of tickets, removing from the game those that are not chosn! It is the only TTR version where you can se the destination deck exhausted!). India: 7 India is a very brutal map: right in the middle there's a lot of single-ticket connections, and the need to secure them drives the first part of the game. In addition, the need to make circular lines is a nice twist, that calls for more planning than in the average TTR game. So, another nice map that feels quite different from the others!
