Ticket to Ride: New York features the familiar gameplay from the Ticket to Ride game series — collect cards, claim routes, draw tickets — but on a scaled-down map of Manhattan that allows you to complete a game in no more than 15 minutes.

A very small 2 player only ticket to ride with taxis instead of trains. It's not bad but I'd probably pick Nordic Countries over it unless I needed a very quick game.

Ticket to Ride isn't *that* long of a game (Patchwork Express, anyone). This reimplementation is so short that it almost feels like "why bother even setting it up"?

They literally could've made a bigger game and used all of New York City. As someone born and raised here, when I heard about this I was very excited to play Ticket To Ride in my own backyard, but the fact that the board is only the lower half of Manhattan makes this a game that I've only played once and that once felt like a bummer/letdown.
