Ticket to Ride: Europe takes you on a new train adventure across Europe. From Edinburgh to Constantinople and from Lisbon to Moscow, you’ll visit great cities of turn-of-the-century Europe. Like the original Ticket to Ride, the game remains elegantly simple, can be learned in 5 minutes, and appeals to both families and experienced gamers. Ticket to Ride: Europe is a complete, new game and does not require the original version.

Only one play, but very good - possibly the best in the series. After 2 plays I've realised that I prefer the original for the simplified rules and longer links.

Best at 3 or 4, it's the TTR edition I reach for when I'm playing with more than 3 (or more than 2 if I don't want as mean of a game that Nordic would create) as I find the map and long routes the most interesting. The stations are a nice touch if you get hosed on that long route or caught out near the end and use that last turn to try and complete something. In particular, the addition of the tunnels and ferries gives the game an edge of the US standard.

Tighter, more strategic than the original TtR, still quite light and kid-friendly. Add the 1912 expansion for a better gaming experience.
