Ticket to Ride: Europe takes you on a new train adventure across Europe. From Edinburgh to Constantinople and from Lisbon to Moscow, you’ll visit great cities of turn-of-the-century Europe. Like the original Ticket to Ride, the game remains elegantly simple, can be learned in 5 minutes, and appeals to both families and experienced gamers. Ticket to Ride: Europe is a complete, new game and does not require the original version.

Take it or leave it. Accessible to the casual gamer but too simple to stay interesting. Stations are unnecessary, they take away the tension.

Of all the versions of this game, Europe is not my favorite yet I still immensely enjoy playing it. The "new" mountain passes make for added difficulty and mirror the real life challenge it took to build the actual European railway system. While I do enjoy the station building system (in which a player can build a station on a city allowing them to use an opposing player's route to connect to a city), it is my least favorite modified way of playing-although it is usually necessary to complete all of your routes.

I find it really booooring, having stations makes cutting others routs usually a bad option and quite often everyone just tries to complete the most tickets.
