Card Games
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Pattern Building is a system where players place game components in specific patterns in order to gain specific or variable game results. For example: placing chips on 2, 4, 6, 8 on a board gets the player an action card they can use later in the game.
Pattern Building
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.
Set Collection
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

2020-02-20 Initial Rating: 5.0 (February 2020) I still haven’t played Cerebria, but I’m very keen to do so as I have loved every Mindclash Games game I have played. On the same note my interest in Cerebria: The Card Game was high but after I played it, I can say I really disliked the game. Cerebria: The Card Game´s rules are easy to teach, you can do it under 5 minutes. Playtime is around 45 minutes. The game´s components are ok, the game comes with a gorgeous (overproduced) metal coin and the art of the cards is pretty cool as well. Everything else is ok. There are some small icons which are hard to see from across the table. The theme is great BUT you don´t really feel it through the game. Gameplay isn’t interesting, the game doesn’t have any interesting decision in any level. The decisions needed to play the game are readily obvious and it also has a lot of gratuitous “take that” which I really have come to dislike these days. The goal is to amass gems in certain quantities, you do so by playing cards to your tableau. Many cards have a power and when the round ends you score the crystals In a poker style way using your cards. It´s very easy to attack the perceived leader and if all players do so, you can wreck him as you leave him without any defense. I was expecting a much heavier and interesting card game, but, you don’t have to think very hard to play competently, this was a letdown for me :(. The luck factor is high, sometimes you draw what you need or sometimes you don´t, in any case you don´t care that much and the game balance the luck with the player attacks. Luck also decides which kind of crystals will be available this round. Best with 3 players, with more the luck factor increases a lot and you don´t have any control over your game, the game situation could change a lot between turns with 5 players. Bottom line, I was expecting great things from Cerebria: The Card Game, but now, I feel they rushed the game as a Kickstarter reward. The art is gorgeous, but the gameplay is very obvious and luck prone. The game has lots and lots of “take that” which I hate. I already sold it and I really hope Cerebria doesn’t have much in common with this game. Current Rating: 3.0

Döbbenetesen sok egyedi, szuper illusztráció van benne, ez mindenképp kiemelendő. Maga a játék elég egyedi, ezért kicsit nehezen is tanulható.

This is a lovely echo of the main game. It offers the competition of bliss and gloom, and not only introduces some mechanics but presents some new ones.
