beautiful art compliments an exciting fantasy adventure that feels like D&D. Take your time gathering clues and equipment before delving into the dungeon. Definitely showed the full innovative potential of the game.

●●○○○ Story ●●●○○ Mechanics ●●○○○ Overall -Story is very bad. No arc. No background. Lots and lots of chaotic things going on. Linear. (well there are 3-4 methods but apart from 1 all are pretty simplistic) -Some new and interesting mechanics are introduced which are nice but unfortunately they don't build very much on the story. -Oh and most annoying things: It's a chuckfest, very luck dependent, and there are no meaningful decisions to make. -Art is good as always. -There is one REALLY COOL place in the game. -Also: there didn't seem to be any point of the TIME TRAVELLING aspect of the game. If you are very lucky you may not even need a 2nd run...

I could see a lot of rules questions from oddly-worded abilities and items, but we had very few questions when we played. Maybe we're just dense, always a possibility! That aside, we enjoyed this one. The pacing of the game felt completely different from Asylum and Marcy Case, and that threw us off, but we enjoyed playing and liked exploring all the different stuff in the scenario. This is not my most favorite expansion, but I did like that it felt like D&D-lite, with more twists and exploration than most entry level campaigns.
