Weakest adventure of the three available thus far. The absence of a mystery or a coherent setting makes this feel very linear. The lack of scenic immersion reduces the game to a RPG dungeon hack and slash. Given a choice, I prefer Time Stories when it aspires to resemble the inductive/deductive best of an Agatha Christie rather than the wandering stylings of a JRR Tolkein.

I could see a lot of rules questions from oddly-worded abilities and items, but we had very few questions when we played. Maybe we're just dense, always a possibility! That aside, we enjoyed this one. The pacing of the game felt completely different from Asylum and Marcy Case, and that threw us off, but we enjoyed playing and liked exploring all the different stuff in the scenario. This is not my most favorite expansion, but I did like that it felt like D&D-lite, with more twists and exploration than most entry level campaigns.

Very cool variant. I liked a lot of the design choices that were made. I can't go into detail about that without spoiling the mission, but its a good one. Still not as good as the core box one, but still good. The choices you made was a bit railroaded, thats the only negative.
