Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

The location placement reminds me of the Path to Carcosa scenario "The Pallid Mask" but with a mix of exploration like The Forgotten Age. I liked this one. The enemies however were a little bit too though especially when playing with 4 players. It didn't seem so fair when all the heavies managed to spawn in one mythos phase.

Possibly one of the best scenaris of the campaign, partly because it is a good boss fight type scenario, and partly because the campaign can finaly end and you can move on to a better campaign :P The fights are tough and the clock will be on your back depending on your past choices. Fun Arkham with loads at stake for the investigators.

Grade given for the superb mood. Difficulty killed us very quickly, so we experienced very little of this one, I’m guessing. Part of a sequence of underwhelming final scenarios.
