To many citizens of the Marvel Universe, Norman Osborn is an eccentric billionaire. A man who has put his demons behind him. The truth of the matter is Norman Osborn is always teetering on the brink of a relapse into the villainous Green Goblin. With advanced technology, superhuman strength, and regenerative healing, the Green Goblin is one of the Marvel Universe’s most frightening villains, and a longtime nemesis to Spider-Man.
But Norman Osborn rarely makes public appearances as the Goblin. As one of the richest men in the world, Osborn himself is virtually untouchable, making his human just as effective as the sadistic goblin. Can any team of heroes truly stand up to the might of Norman Osborn and the Green Goblin?
Continue your adventures in the Marvel Universe with The Green Goblin Scenario Pack for Marvel Champions: The Card Game! This 78-Card pack introduces two new scenarios and four modular encounter sets showcasing the devious Norman Osborn and his sadistic alter-ego, the Green Goblin.

As a major Spider-Man fan, this pack is a lot of fun. It also includes two scenarios, so it's a great value as a new player. Risky Business is a bit too long for my tastes (especially since the Norman Osborn side is relatively boring and uneventful), but it's a decent gimmick that shows how scenarios can get a bit weird. Mutagen Formula is simply really solid and executed well. Think of it as a twist on the Ultron scenario, with more unique and varied minions swarming the streets (in a slightly fewer number), rather than the constant drone spam. Finally, there are some modular sets for other Spidey villains. They're mostly unnoteworthy IMO, since each is designed somewhat like a Nemesis set. They're okay to experiment with, but none drastically change the feeling of a scenario.

This is a fantastic scenario pack. The two provided scenarios have unique feels and cool mechanics. Risky Business involves precise timing and bursts of damage. Mutagen Formula sees the heroes overwhelmed by Minions. On top of that, it comes with additional modular encounters to keep things fresh. A must own scenario pack if you like the base game.
