The new format of this blue cycle completely killed enthusiasm for even trying this Traded in math trade (2022) for NMBR9

We haven't played all of the First Edition scenarios yet to be sure, but this was easily one of the biggest disappointments of the Time Stories franchise that we have played since we first got the original. A lot of the things that made the original enjoyable -- the board, the token movement, the splitting up of your party... all that's been taken away in favor of streamlining. Granted, yes, the cycling through the scenario all over again is also gone, which is the only positive I can say about it.

Lame story, nothing made sense. I like time stories but in this, there is no challenge at all. Just doing stuff.
