It was ok. Rules were simple enough that the game was easy to get into and play through in one session. The game is quite story-heavy with only a handful of battles. In general, the battle difficulty was fine with three players. For me, the game was lacking more interesting puzzles. Without giving any spoilers, the "main" puzzle of the game uses a mechanic that is not taught to the players. That really made me to reduce the score below 7.

It was...fine, didn't know reference therefore story did not grab me and left me wondering what is exactly we need even do, so it was just running around with no aim. I still think they need use more interaction cards, still dislike azrak crystal mechanics. Only thing I liked is that there was different bonus for completing personal goal and it seemed more interesting.

I really wanted to give time stories another chance since i really love this setting. But we played this twice and didn't find the one object we had to give to someone and so we couldnt reach the end. It's all just luck and no puzzling where to go to next. Both rounds were so infuriating, I can't see myself olay another time stories ever again.
