Feels like a natural addition to TM - works well, and provides a little flexibility for pursuing strategies. Rules are not difficult to learn (given that TM is already fairly complex). Great expansion!

This is not your typical TM "minor tweak" expansion. Even the big F&I expansion was just adding new races and a new map (and balancing the old map). I don't ever consider leaving out any previous expansion when I pull out Terra Mystica. MotS changes the game drastically. Not to say that's a bad thing. For someone who loves TM and has played it hundreds of times (in person some but a LOT on the app), it's always nice to try something new. It's fun plopping the little ships out there and getting the bonuses for trading with different building types. To me, though, this is not Terra Mystica.
