DIY replacement Mandragora Leaf marbles — Pk of 20 Spiral Galaxy 16mm 5/8" Glass Mega Marbles Players by Vacor Clear w Green Swirls (Like Streamers)
brianeikunst
Haven't played, but the base game seems long enough. Hard to imagine with 6 players. I do like the following suggestion from BGG user lee elektrik: "When playing with 4 or 6, we use it like this: use mandragora, split the marbles evenly between the two dispensers, keep rest of setup the same. Then, basically play two three-player games, each group picking only from their dispenser and discarding in the other's. Make sure to "sync" the players, i.e. Group 1 player 2 may not start their turn until group 2 player 2 also starts etc. Both groups use the same stacks of potions to take from, the player finishing their turn first gets first pick. Stealing abilities and similar work on all other players, also the other group. Plays in a bit less than half the time."

This feels more like a 1st expansion than the other one: I like how the marbles work in this one more in that they are added directly, and it has less superfluous rules, but like most first expansions it expands the player count to those that don't work as well with the game.
