Scythe FOR KIDS. The rating is for what this game is intending to be: a game that can be played by children. At that, it fully succeeds. Would I ever want to play it with a group of adults? No. The design goal was not for an adult audience. As a point of comparison, this is lighter than Broom Service and can be played by most 6 year olds.

[category: games for children] The game is very similar to "Scythe". Even though it is a children's game, everything is well balanced and there is not much randomness in it. A family game, more than for children, great opportunities to approach strategy and style of play (depending on the age of opponents). The game is very good mechanically, it is basically a simplified "Scythe", anyone who has played it will know what it is about. Nicely made, interesting, especially for children, there are tasks that enrich the adventure character of the game. One year later. The game is still in the collection. Kids still enjoy playing it (despite dozens of other games that have come along). It's short, sweet, lots of small decisions, adventure, cooperation, mini battles, there's always something going on. Everything in a friendly atmosphere. An adult should not be bored. Kids 8-12, I think the older ones will also have fun, but 12+ will play almost everything and you can find something more challenging.
