Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

Another great set of Munchkin with great expansions too! It doesn't mix as well as I wish it would with other Munchkin versions but that's not the end of the world. The love for the IP really shines through in the art and monsters making me want to play this game again and again. The board's level progression is confusing which keeps this from being outstanding.

Grates on me just as much as vanilla munchkin, but the memes GW has thrown in help, if only a little.

My friend brought this game not long ago. It is strictly Munchkin with no real rule changes to the base game whatsoever - you could combine it with normal Munchkin but you will get some messy theme mashup. The theme is the only cool thing about this game but sadly it wears off quite fast (once you've seen all cards they are just, well cards with mediocre artwork). The game itself just isn't really good to be honest. We were bored even most of the time. Waiting for others to finish their turn can take quite a while and when it's your time to shine you pray for actual useful cards. Either way you are lucky and get something going fast or you basically stuck for potential hours. I really would recommend The binding of Isaac over Munchkin every day (even though that game has it's problems too) if you like this style of game. Really try not to play it with more than 4 people - it took us 2,5 hours to finish this one game with 5 guys and it wasn't really fun for anyone (Not even the guy winning felt great at it)
