The same old munchkin game with characters of Hong Kong movie styles. Good points: You will like it if you enjoyed the original game with more cheesy pictures. Bad points: Shall not waste money on this game if you have the original title.
Bstripe
The card quality is much worse than the original Munchkin set, and does not really add much in terms of new mechanics. If you like Munchkin (although lots of people seem to tire of it) then stick with the original series and its expansions.
Baines
The absolute worst of the Munchkin series. Completely unbalanced with runaway characters competing only to see who draws their tenth monster first. Little to no real interaction due to power levels escalating so much faster than threats.
