Betrayal Legacy
Betrayal Legacy marries the concept of Betrayal at House on the Hill with the permanency and multi-game storytelling. Betrayal Legacy consists of a prologue and a thirteen-chapter story that takes place over decades. Players represent families, with specific members of a family participating in one story, then perhaps an older version of those characters or their descendants showing up in later stories.

An outstanding Legacy adaption of the classic game. Everything get's its own backstory, and the whole house feels much more alive and personally as you uncover each story.

Very fun. Great story elements and gameplay, which is much improved over the original. But the rulebook is awful. Be prepared to spend a lot of time Googling or voting on house rules.

I usually like betray at haunted house, but something about this game really didn't work for me. The players playing the traitor seem to rarely if ever have a good chance at winning, and the turn order design in an all against one game really should never involve the one going dead last in the turn order, particularly for larger player counts. The Betrayal designer have had ages to sort out and redesign their game to work better and have utterly failed to do so. This is a game you should only really go into if you like the campy stories it tells, and honestly those aren't good enough or original enough to outweigh the poor and frustrating mechanics of the game itself in most cases.
