Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

Vision feels like vision with his dense/intangible forms and he's a very flexible hero that encourages you to bounce between the two different forms. Unfortunately, the pay offs for this frequently feel a little underwhelming and he could really use more android support outside of protection to shine. I'm also mildly surprised there's no team up cards for Scarlet Witch, but I guess that's no the direction they wanted to explore with him. As far his prebuilt - wow. I have no idea what it's even trying to do. Most of the cards are anti-synergistic, there's nothing really to help with attacking or thwarting (And barely defending). The cards are all fine, but in this deck? It just durdles around doing nothing for the most part.

This is probably the most gimmicky deck for Marvel Champions. If you think a potato slicing attachment for your vacuum cleaner would be nice, then this is the expansion you're looking for. Otherwise, I would put up some yellow crime scene tape, and tell everyone "Move along. There's nothing to see here.".
