Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management

As the cycle's finale, this scenario makes the Dunwich Legacy cycle feel like it doesn't have much meat to the over-all storyline or gameplay compared to the others. The first time I played, I got lucky with the encounter cards and the scenario became very easy and anti-climatic. No epic boss fight. No scary monsters. In saying that, the scenario is NOT a waste of time but the rather a chill one which can be appreciated when you're tired of drawing tentacles against a giant spider and losing terribly.

I have the base set and a ton of expansions that I'd like to trade as a set. Most of the expansions are unopened. I love the game I've just been playing with a friend's set.

Lost in Time and Space concludes the Dunwich Legacy campaign. A fun and thematic scenario where I felt like I was indeed lost in time and space.
