The new incarnation of Legend of the Five Rings as an LCG is an awesome reimplementation of a great card game. It has cleaner rules, enhanced gameplay and the core set itself is probably the best in the LCG world. What is missing is just... more cards. So... expansions galore! The second clan pack is dedicated to the Scorpion clan, therefore it adds a bunch of new dark red cards, but also a new card for each of the other factions, as well as some neutral cards. The new stronghold promises a lot of interesting new builds. Will it be able to unseat The City of the Open Hand from its spot as the competitive players’ choice?

Underhand of the Emperor contains 78 new cards (three copies of 25 different cards and 1 copy of each of 3 different cards). Underhand of the Empire expands on classic themes of the Scorpion, giving them new deck building options that encourages them to toe the line between dishonor and defeat. Look for a new Role card, a Philosophy that prevents you from losing the game, and an army of whispers, standing at attention.
