Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

This pack is pretty much all about novelty. The quest is super different from anything else in the game (and fairly easy), which makes for a nice change of pace in a cycle full of brutally difficult quests. Rossiel is also super fun, but super niche and requires a lot of effort to build around to make her worthwhile. I do really enjoy some of the Victory Display shenanigans though, so I have used her a fair bit.

Cool quest. A bit of reading work to do beforehand, but once the mechanics are clear, it's quite fun. There's a great factor of luck though. Wins/losses: 1/0

Fun quest - really enjoyed playing this, albeit it is a bit easy. The prisoner theme has been dealt with much better here than in the base set (Dol Guldur).
