Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management

Great concept. Not really my favorite theme within the cycle though. Definitely projects its intended atmosphere though.

Best card driven game I ever played. But I stopped buying expansions and sold my copy. i am more of a co-op plying kind of guy.

We found this expansion to be challenging and rewarding with a good balance between chance and skill. The story elements go great with the with the scenario and more so than the last 2 expansions, you feel like your back in the story. We really enjoyed the ending because it gives a higher risk high reward option or a lower risk lower reward option. Overall, a good and needed expansion.
