Description from the publisher:
In the aftermath of the Battle of the Blackwater, a moment of peace falls across Westeros — but schemes are hatching in the darkness. All Men Are Fools is the first Chapter Pack of the "Blood and Gold" cycle for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game, and following the lead of the previous two cycles, this cycle focuses on the next book of the series, A Storm of Swords. At the same time, you’ll find a new focus on your gold with a brand-new keyword and recurring events.

The second edition of A Game of Thrones LCG is an awesome reimplementation of a great card game. It has cleaner rules, and the core set itself is probably the best in the LCG world. The first two cycles and the first two deluxe boxes added lots of cards, and definitely shaped it in a good way, making AGOT2 a better game. The first chapter pack of the third cycle adds a bunch of new cards for each faction, as well as some neutral cards. There is the beginning of support for new (or increased support for existing) sub themes for the Houses: Tully for Stark, Clansmen for Lannister, possibly choke for Greyjoy... Notable the inclusion of a new "big money" Plot and an interesting "double banner" Agenda.

Margaery Tyrell and Slaver's Bay Port are the main draws here. Ygritte also makes her first appearance.
