The other expansions of Wow got a 10 (well i only rated the original WoW)' but I think Wotlk is just a little less because the end game was too easy compared to TBC and Cataclysm. Cataclysm had a hard time after Wotlk, because it made the end game a bit harder again, which caused much steer and whining on the forums. The problem with Wotlk though is that players consumed the end game much too fast and so created an army of alts, which caused boredom in the end. cataclysm was a brave attempt to make the end game difficult again, and so Wotlk is the lesser of all basic Wow and expansions.

Perhaps the best expansion from a PvE perspective. Cataclysm has some even better zones, but Northrend started the ball rolling. Grizzly Hills is a beautiful zone with beautiful music. So relaxing.

While the quests were adequately interesting, the overall experience of this was not as good as Burning Crusade, because ultimately, it felt the same thing. And the worst part was that your previous gear, which you earned with hard work and hours of raiding was replaced in the first zone of Northrend. Didn't play this as much as TBC, and with this expansion, I've said goodbye to WoW, and possibly MMOs in general.
