Good game, although very fiddly, campy with the humor, and there is an overload of treasure and magic items. Definitely entertaining, however. I obtained the game in December 2018, played all 7 scenarios over the month of January, then traded the game. No reason to replay anything, I got what I needed to get out of the game. Rumor has it that Ancient Chronicles, the new Kickstarted self contained S&S game has addressed some of the issues with the original game. Supposedly it is tougher and some complaints have been addressed. I hope so.

It's the archetype dungeon crawler, but man, could this game do with less complexity. There are way too many modifiers, abilities and stats to keep track of, which massively drags out playtime. The campaign story is decent, but very standard fantasy fare. Upgrading your heroes is always fun, though.

Good co-op game but heavy. Pros : - Theme / event/ story - Possibility of action (multiple possibility without beeing overwhelmed by the complexity) - Companion app to save party - IA of ennemys really interesting (feel like you figth a real thief, etc) Cons : - Need a organizer - 7 Quests (around 14-25 hours) - 50 rule pages (need a good game master who knows every point) - miss some visible information ( for exemple there is no token to remenber the number of action points, nothing to remenber you deal +1 dmg if you are *2 thant ennemys, etc ...)
