Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

A simple and fun fighting game, some characters are better to play than others, the gameplay isn't very strategic but it's engaging.

This was the first Marvel set I got (not counting Deadpool), and it's pretty, pretty good. The addition of equipment is a good idea, and it is implemented well. All the characters in this are fun to play, though the map itself can be a little 'meh' if you're not careful. The quality of the sculpts adds a point to this on its own.

This is an interesting grouping of characters. Luke Cage reduces all combat damage by 2. So he can take hits without playing a card. Misty Knight doesn't do a lot for Luke. Moon Knight is really cool because he can swap between all 3 of his forms. He has a tempo and cadence that you have to figure out when to play aggressive or defensive. Ghost Rider can deal with damaged and move through characters by using his Hellfire. He can also do a lot of damage with his Hellfire.
