In Action Point (AP) Allowance System games, each player is allotted a certain amount of points per round. These points can be spent on available actions, until the player does not have enough remaining to "purchase" any more actions.
Action Point Allowance System
This mechanic usually requires players to pick up an item or good at one location on the playing board and bring it to another location on the playing board. Initial placement of the item can be either predetermined or random. The delivery of the good usually gives the player money to do more actions with. In most cases, there is a game rule or another mechanic that determines where the item needs to go.
Pick-up and Deliver
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.

Picked this up in a mathtrade unknowingly as a sweetener. I know I have always thought this would be a neat idea for a game. Unfortunately, the rulebook as printed is missing important instructions like where to put your pieces during setup and does not explain what all the iconography is. Thankfully the designer uploaded a "lost pages" supplement on here. Not a great first impression though. I have only played it 2-handed to learn the game and I can see some potential with more players.

Played 2 player and did not feel there was much tension. Also, we finished the game in 20 min. It would probably be ok for a quick filler, but it should be tried with 4 players.

Interesting game theme, but when you play you pretty much don't interact with the other players. The only strategy is not to drill rock to let other players take advantage of your turn.
