In Action Point (AP) Allowance System games, each player is allotted a certain amount of points per round. These points can be spent on available actions, until the player does not have enough remaining to "purchase" any more actions.
Action Point Allowance System
This mechanic usually requires players to pick up an item or good at one location on the playing board and bring it to another location on the playing board. Initial placement of the item can be either predetermined or random. The delivery of the good usually gives the player money to do more actions with. In most cases, there is a game rule or another mechanic that determines where the item needs to go.
Pick-up and Deliver
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.

Picked this up in a mathtrade unknowingly as a sweetener. I know I have always thought this would be a neat idea for a game. Unfortunately, the rulebook as printed is missing important instructions like where to put your pieces during setup and does not explain what all the iconography is. Thankfully the designer uploaded a "lost pages" supplement on here. Not a great first impression though. I have only played it 2-handed to learn the game and I can see some potential with more players.

Really enjoyed this game when we got it. Just wasn't getting it to the table and sort of regretted trading it away. Of all of the games I have traded, this is probably the one I would most consider getting again.

A light game which involves a bit of tactics and is about the perfect length for what it is. Upgrading your diggers was the most fun aspect for me. I also liked the components.
