Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

I have the SpyNet version. I like the art. I rather like this game. Padding stacks that people passed on is fun to me. I often take a stack that's large just so other people can't have it all. I also tend to take the first stack just so I don't have to pad something extra.

Love this game. Great artwork. Play it slowly the first couple of times to get the mechanics down and then each player is off to their own strategy (and there are lots of different ones). Have only played 3 player games where every spymaster is on their own- someday a fourth will come along and we'll try the team concept.

A fun filler game with some interesting team dynamics and interaction around the table. One I’d be happy to play again if my friend brings it to game night, but not one I’ll be purchasing myself.
