Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

To get things done, you need majorities. So far so good, I like that mechanism. So you count your cubes, carefully think every turn out, so that you think you have a good chance at the majorities you're aiming at. Thinking things out in this game, is however a complete waste of time and energy. As there are the cards: what a crap shot do those make of this game! Thought you would win on tiebreaker? Someone can wipe away all the cubes over there and will even get chips (= VP) for it! Think you have majority for sure? Someone could suddenly drop as much cubes as on the tiebreaker track, which can be 7. Or someone can recall all - I repeat ALL - of his cubes and simply start over again. And why not: there is even a card that let you start over the entire round again! It makes that the game takes way too long and the outcome of every round seems to be far more determined by the luck of cards someone gets (as there are also cards that won't do shit for you), rather then skillful gameplay. So you could compare it with rolling a die in Game of Goose and every game that reminds me of Game of Goose gets a 1, so also this one. And that's a pity, as the game concept seemed very neat, but I guess the designer (and playtesters) clearly like crap shot cards, but I dislike that very, very much. So I'm very glad I could get rid of my copy for a reasonable price.

I want to have it. I have heard the comments of some friends who tried it (try-out version) and it looks like an very good game. Something that i don't want to miss in my collection

The SO was really excited for it, but while it wasn't bad, we did not really enjoy playing it. It felt just too random, and for that it took too long. We tried it multiple times with different groups, but it just didn't stick.
