Games using the line drawing mechanic involve the drawing of lines in one way or another. Lines may be used to connect objects as in Sprouts, to isolate objects, or to create areas as in the classic Dots and Dashes, also known as Square-it.

Dávid Turczi you say? That's pretty much all I need to hear! Update: Despite the pedigree, this game did not do it for me at all. I like the idea of a heavier roll & write, but this game is all over the place

Will probably increase the rating on a second play through, there were some mechanics I was not taking advantage of. Thoroughly enjoyed this solo :) Really want to get this to the group.

We quite enjoyed our play of "Rome & Roll." The game runs a little long and there are a few too many fiddly rule exceptions. However, the clever combinations you can line up are immensely satisfying, and I think that ultimately wins the day. Would definitely play again. Also own mini figures and pen set
