Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.
Set Collection
This mechanism requires players to select individual actions from a set of actions available to all players. Players generally select actions one-at-a-time and in turn order. There is usually(*) a limit on the number of times a single action may be taken. Actions are commonly selected by the placement of game pieces or tokens on the selected actions. Each player usually has a limited number of pieces with which to participate in the process.

This is a pretty wondrous game. The cool theme, the meshing strategies, the levels of uncertainty meeting with the knowledge of what you will be judged on months down the line...all of it combines to be a tight, excellent game for any number of players. It seems to me like a more forgiving "Vinhos (2010)."

On the face of it this should be exactly the type of game I like - heavy economics with some deeper strategies that should emerge over time. However, I'm not quite as enthusiastic about it as I should be. Perhaps I’ve become a little blasé because I’ve played too many of the same type of game. Or perhaps it’s the rather lacklustre theme. Or is it a bit repetitive? Or maybe it’s just a tad too long for what it is. Still, worth exploring more

Tried it on TTS. It's ok for a game or two, but it becomes pretty samey fast. Much prefer Food Chain Magnate.
