A really nice version of Pandemic. It's a great game, and more fair and tense as you don't get that huge difficulty reduction if you "discover a cure" too early in the game. I'm still on the fence between giving it a 10 or a 9. For now, the railwayman feels obligatory, as we tend to lose the game when noone has him. This score is just for the base game, without the variants, as we're still enjoying it and its replayability hasn't been an issue.

This is the only pandemic game I've played. Perhaps I had higher expectations but pushing the blocks around did not feel very engrossing to the theme. It's also sometimes difficult to find the city you are looking for. I found near the end we could just calculate if we were going to win or lose. I really like the way the deck gets stacked, very innovative.
