Like it. Compared to base pandemic, Iberia contains more and better events, better roles, a way to quarantine diseases, new and interesting movement mechanic and two optional variants. All this makes it better/ more complete than base pandemic. But it's also easier to win, so it wears off quickly. Politician is a bit overpowerd and Scientist could use a slight boost (like drawing 3 cards/keeping 2 at the end of her turn without spending an action).

This is the only pandemic game I've played. Perhaps I had higher expectations but pushing the blocks around did not feel very engrossing to the theme. It's also sometimes difficult to find the city you are looking for. I found near the end we could just calculate if we were going to win or lose. I really like the way the deck gets stacked, very innovative.

Excellent title. Very exciting and fun tweaks to the standard Pandemic fair (not to mention the components are gorgeous). Haven't tried the variants included in the back, but liked the railroad and water purification options added to the otherwise traditional play. 9/10
