Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

I had a promising start in my first play. Looking out to confirm this good feeling. In my second game I was completely screwed. I had the last place in the military track and was very unlucky with the events. I could recover too late. The game is good but you may not miss your start. In my first play, the same happened to another player. But still, I would play it again

The first game in the Iello's expert line is a really interesting blend of action selection with some engine-building and tableau-building. The asymmetrical factions definitely had some replayability as they seem to push players in different directions. The compoenents are great, especially the recessed player boards and customized tokens. The gameplay isn't super thematic but is nicely streamlined. The game also plays quite fast due to the simultanous action phase. Excited to play this one again!

I'm not sure how balanced this is, but I don't know how much I care. I love track games, and I also like how procedural it is. I also like that there is no time to mess around. Find your way quick and maximize.
