Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Play occurs upon a modular board that is composed of multiple pieces, often tiles or cards. In many games, board placement is randomized, leading to different possibilities for strategy and exploration. Some games in this category have multiple boards which are not used simultaneously, preserving table space. Unused boards remain out of play until they are required.
Modular Board
Variable Phase Order implies that turns may not be played the same way as before and/or after.

Seasons of Inis: Extra rules that change each round. Found this difficult to remember and caused issues with players wanting to do certain actions only to realise later the season messes with that action. Don't recommend. (2/10) Sea Travel: These are fine, a little more variety for the land tiles. The Harbours can make the map feel small as its more connected. Personally liked that some areas were just harder to travel to making it easier to defend from other players. (6/10) 5th Player: There was a lot of down time and chaos you couldn't plan for with five players. Be aware that it really turns into a political game more than strategy. Really dislike the new actions cards. (3/10) We Went a King: A must have for five players. New Epic Tales: Great to have more variety of these cards to add to every game. (9/10)

A wonderful collection of additional cards, territories, expansions and slight rule modifications. It's great to be able to play 5 players when we have a larger group. It's not the quickest game, but I love it for everything it does.

Was a shame for me as Inis is one of the best but this didn't add enough to warrant the price tag IMO
