Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
This mechanic usually requires players to pick up an item or good at one location on the playing board and bring it to another location on the playing board. Initial placement of the item can be either predetermined or random. The delivery of the good usually gives the player money to do more actions with. In most cases, there is a game rule or another mechanic that determines where the item needs to go.
Pick-up and Deliver
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.

Fausticus1
An interesting puzzle game that feels like a gamer version of Fairy Tile. I really like the theme and art of the game. I think it plays best with fewer players as the board changes less in between turns.
DorkPassenger
Thematic cyberpunk investigation game. Sort of a tug of war quest completion. Feels like an advanced version of Fluxx.

Hmm this is a weird one. On one hand I like the core game of moving around the circular board, and how activating actions spots flow. Theme is cool, and the production is very nice too. But it's simultaneously trying bring a lot of theme out of what is a very abstract experience. It mostly works, but at the same time the chrome verges on getting in the way at times. And how scoring works is rather convoluted, and I'm not sure I love the fact that the most corrupt person (the person In Too Deep) can win even if the final case is foiled, diminishes the potential tension, not to mention how much the theme is about that. Some decent ideas, would play again, but tries to do a bit too much at once.
