(Provisional rating based on run-through) -.5 (Board/Dr tiles are way to large and unnecessary, I wish it were scaled down). I like this one for a few plays, there is a delicate balance to the patient - doctor - resource relationship. Players can be prone to AP as they are trying to figure out and balance the needs of ER Patients/Money/Doctors The gameplay itself creates stressful fun, but I enjoy that aspect and the best part is the gameplay feels unique despite the theme feeling a bit somber. I can see an expansion becoming necessary over time but for now its fine (Ordered Agora from BGB 9/26/23). Bottom line, if you like the theme (which is very prominent in this game) then its a solid 7 for its mechanical integration. If the theme and somewhat slow tempo is not your thing it drops to a 5, yeah, I think it's that drastic.

Own the [boardgame=371872]Agora[/boardgame] expansion and the [boardgame=358550]Game Brewer goal cards[/boardgame] promo.

My rating should be taken with a heap of salt as it's based on one solo play. That said, that one play was dull enough that I didn't even bother to finish it, and it left me with zero hope that the multiplayer game would have anything to recommend it.
