Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory (Standard Edition)
90m - 180m
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
Variable Player Powers is a mechanic that grants different abilities and/or paths to victory to the players.
Variable Player Powers
Voting allows players to influence the outcome of certain events within the game. The vote may be all or nothing, choosing a target for an effect, or to determine the results of certain situations. Players’ votes may not have equal weight, and blocking a player from voting can be a valid tactic.

Well made game. Lots of interesting features and good use of an asymmetrical thingy. Just not really my kind of game

One of the best first plays of a game I've ever had. Planned to play it in 2 sessions but we couldn't stop playing until the end. Took us 5 hours to finish after the teach and a very slow first and second round. Played and won as middle class, but the game was close for at least 3 players. Can't wait to play again with the same group as I feel like a proper group dynamic is crucial for this game.

How does someone think up a design like this? Asymmetric positions that dovetail well together and get you to be in the role that you choose. It’s a brilliant design and deserves all the plaudits it receives.
