Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

The simultaneous action selection mechanic lets players secretly choose their actions. After they are revealed, the actions resolve following the rule-set of the game.

Fired Up by @drawlab is an arena game where you’re not the fighters but the spectators influencing the fight! In the game, you’ll roll dice and take turns using them to impact a fighters morale, attack/defense, speed, and who they target. You’ll also be able to place bets on which fighter you think will accomplish 3 different conditions. We had a great time with this game as it was chaotic with lots of dice rolling and exciting hits and misses going on throughout all 4 rounds! However, we had to be ok with things not going our way or having very little control over things as there is a lot of luck involved. From your actions being dictated by dice rolls to scoring highlight cards that depend on the luck of the draw, there are times that you may find yourself not being able to do anything. One of the main ways to score points is by the highlight cards that you’re given at the start of every round, where you’ll choose two out of the four cards you have to score that round. We found that there are definitely easier cards to accomplish than others, and some relied on more luck than others. If you approach this game similarly to how you approach Camel Up though, with just a bit more manipulation involved, you’ll have an enjoyable time pushing your luck and hoping your bets and your highlight cards work out! If you want to have control over everything though, this may not be for you. Originally posted on https://www.instagram.com/p/CpffnjfyVyh/

Just a bit too random for me, whether it's the goal cards or the final results (especially when you combine dice rolling and betting).
