Era: Medieval Age
45m - 60m
1 - 4 Players
Ages 8+
Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
The simultaneous action selection mechanic lets players secretly choose their actions. After they are revealed, the actions resolve following the rule-set of the game.
Simultaneous Action Selection
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

Chabousse
Roll through the Age was not a game I liked, this one is too similar mechanically for me. Kudos for the sexy components.
Arcturian
Basically an oversized roll-and-write with virtually no interaction except that you can occasionally steal resources from other players or cause disasters on their boards if you get the right results from your dice. Play Big City instead.
Bombadillo
Rolling dice and putting plastic buildings on the board is fun: collecting resources and managing your rolls way less. So is Era: enjoyable at first, then it gets too much of an effort for what is basically a simple dice game. Or even more so an overgrown filler.
