2 - 4 Players
You are a painter in Colors of Paris, and you’ve decided to participate in "Bateau Lavoir", a friendly competition between several painters in a workshop in Montmartre, Paris. The newspapers know about this challenge, so perhaps this is a good opportunity to become famous, following the path of Cézanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, Monet, or Renoir…
Colors of Paris is a management game in which you must take care of your paint tubes, mixtures, and time to create works, all the while anticipating others to perform as needed within a rotating set of actions.

A very well balanced game with a "great twist"! The fresh, untouched theme is also well illustrated. Only the pictures could be different. All in all a great game that plays fast and consistently interesting. Anyone who likes worker placement games can access it without hesitation.
First game my wife liked, but there are two negatives: the option to keep the board in the same spot can be mean and is too powerful, and the scoring has too large steps, it's almost all-or-nothing.
Smart and interesting take on worker placement. The rotating of the board adds a layer of decision making and planning. I have red-green colorblindness, but I'm able to play this. Might like: It's a Wonderful World World's Fair 1893 Stone Age
