This mechanism requires players to select individual actions from a set of actions available to all players. Players generally select actions one-at-a-time and in turn order. There is usually(*) a limit on the number of times a single action may be taken. Actions are commonly selected by the placement of game pieces or tokens on the selected actions. Each player usually has a limited number of pieces with which to participate in the process.

An interesting idea that doesn't play as smoothly as I'd like -- although I admit it could be that I don't have all the rules correctly, as I struggled a great deal with the rule book. Update: I watched a Gaming Rules playthrough, which helped me figure out all the bits I was struggling with. The game plays much smoother now, and I enjoy it quite a bit! It's a quick-playing cowboy western version of Mancala.

Good game, funny. But very very but components. Too small. If you do a so small board, why the box is the double-size?? If you prefer a bigger box, do bigger also the board, because so small is very hard to see everything!!!

Fun game, I like the mancala-style decisions, especially when you take into account the options you create for your opponent while placing your meeples. Unfortunately, thinking this hard doesn't always pay off. The showdown introduces more luck than I'd prefer in a mancala-style game. Awesome for a casual game though!
