Changes the dynamics of the game radically. Gives more value to the blue cards. Another great addition in a truly superb game. Only (-) for me is that it doesnt give you any chance to change the play order and stall the card drafting, like pantheon expansion did.

The senate area-control board fits in nicely with the game, and enables a new victory condition. I find the hidden conspiracy cards a bit too powerful and hard to play around compared to the wonders. I just prefer being able to control the turn order with the first expansion.

I think Agora is quite a good expansion... if it wouldn't be for 7 Wonders Duel. I think this one completly takes out the so streamlined and focused core mechanism and shifts it somehow to an in my opinion way less interesting pushing and placing of cubes. It brings in wackeness and randomness while taking the focus from the cards. For me it did feel like a whole nother game and that game felt a bit odd
