Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
Games that use the Memory mechanic require players to recall previous game events or information in order to reach an objective.

Player elimination occurs in multiple-player games (>2) when a player can be eliminated from the game and play continues without the eliminated player.
Player Elimination
Variable Player Powers is a mechanic that grants different abilities and/or paths to victory to the players.
Variable Player Powers
Voting allows players to influence the outcome of certain events within the game. The vote may be all or nothing, choosing a target for an effect, or to determine the results of certain situations. Players’ votes may not have equal weight, and blocking a player from voting can be a valid tactic.

2 games in, first game ended in 2 rounds each cause of dice rolls, second game was far better but i'm not convinced by player elimination. Rate 6 for now. Avalon is still the best

Social deduction game along the lines of The Resistance but with actions dictated by dice rolls. A couple of nice ideas but the dice rolling can skew the game.

This surprised the hell out of me. I bought it as a more compact alternative to Jäger der Nacht, but it ended up felling far nicer to play. The overall gameplay uncertainty due to the unreliably game length adds to a lot of frantic accusations at the table, and the only actual issue we could find was that in games with uneven numbers, the red guys were slightly advantaged. Oh also, in 4/5/6 player teams, the Stowaway is best excluded as its effect is far too large. It's fine in large games, though. Other than that, this provides the same contrast to Werewolf/Resistance as Jäger der Nacht does: random elements and an inability to "solve" the game add to a less strategic but more hectic and lightweight take on social deduction.
