Through the mist, you can just about see the gigantic form of the factory. This is where the essence of dreams is shaped! We will enter the factory through the grand entrance. Here are the famous machines! You can repair, combine or dismantle them. They will produce the resources needed to repair more powerful machines. I am sure that you will quickly make the best use of your resources and the space available in your workshop to carry out the projects of the design office and gain Victory points!

It is a heavier version of century spice road using the typical Cathala mechanism for turn order used in Cyclades, FT and Yamatai. But I found it OK... Mechanisms are nice, but there are a few cons: 1) Art is a bit disturbing and it began to bother me quickly; 2) It runs quite long for what it offers (2 player = 90min, not counting rules explanation, granted it was my first play); 3) It seems slightly unbalanced for 2 players; 4) Slow ramp up for points... It takes a while to start scoring points... and that is frustarting

Really surprisingly lite game. Each turn you collect either a machine part or more charcoalium (money) then select 2 actions (with a fixed pointer dial so adjacent actions are selected) which do things like :star: give you charcoalium, :star:hire workers (special abilities), :star:fix the machine (add the part you just bought to your board) :star: combine two machines for super duper effects Quick and easy to play race to put together machines in the correct configurations to score points and then first past the post (20 victory points) ends the game. Some of the artwork was a bit disturbing, like the crab headed orangutan thing, but overall I enjoyed and it did feel quite Monty Python since it was all so very strange Sold in 2018.

Machine repair building game to make an engine that will produce resources/points, transform resources to other resources, attack (steal resources) from other players, and/or defend against attacks. The machines are taken from the main board broken by paying the cost in Charconium, or you can just take an income of Charconium. Your points and resources are kept secrest from other players. Your player board has actions in pairs (cannot repeat the same pair of actions next turn) to be able to repair the machine, get 3 Charconium, hire an assistant (special abilities), trade resources/points up to 3 times, reorganize your machine (combining or un-combining machines), or decompiling your machine (broken or repaired) for resources. You can claim project goals to receive points before ending your turn. At the end of the round if a players has at least 20 points the end of game is triggered. The one that has majority of each type of resource gets 2 extra point. The one with the most points wins. Fun game, it takes a couple of game plays to figure out what makes this game work for you to score.
