A fun and simple asymmetric deduction game. It is easy to teach and pretty fun to play. It's not my favorite, but it is a neat premise, and a great way to kill 30 or 40 minutes.

Fun, quick game. I like that even if you didn't get the pass rule correct, you could still possibly win if you were able to accurately predict what will be allowed through the shield and what won't based on observing a pattern (or what you think the pattern is). One of my friends was the alien and I was going to test the pass rule (attempt to win) and my guess was that the pass rule was man-made wood products/items. It ended up that the rule was man-made things that contact the floor with at least 4 sides. His rule is complex, which the game does tend to advise against. The first one to test the shield and correctly predict what will and won't go through it, wins the game. In our game even though I was incorrect in guessing the rule, the items I would have guessed would have passed through the shield so I would have been "correct" and won. It is fun and interesting to discuss what everyone thought the rule was compared to what it actually was once the game is over.

Not outstanding, but plays fast and is easy to learn. Not really my favorite kind of games. Try it if you're a fan of Dixit and stuff like that
